There are three different tiers for DPO's. These tiers are set by Parliament to reflect what it believes is appropriate based on the risks posed by the processing of personal data by controllers.
This course is for Tier 3 – Large Organisations. If your organisation exceeds £36 million for your financial year OR you have more than 250 members of full time staff, then this is the course for you.
DPOs are mandatory in every company that managed data. Are you emailing your customers? You need a DPO. Take this course to become certified as a DPO. This is an instructor-led online 6-hour certified course that will teach everything they you need to know to be a DPO. Certification is valid for 12 months. Keep you and your company protected and prove that you take DATA PROTECTION seriously.
