If you manage data including but not limited to public and private CCTV footage, dashcam footage, employee and customer monitoring footage (including inside commercial vehicles) and any other footage that is stored [outside of government approved monitoring] this four hour instructor-led course is a must.
In many instances, a person recorded has the right to opt-out of their likeness being stored, and in most instances, their permission must be granted before the footage can be stored. It is important to maintain all levels of compliance when photos or video is being generated and stored by your company.
